By accessing or using the Doatkali platform (website, services, apps), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2Services Provided
Doatkali offers access to model tests, study materials, user performance tracking and other educational-technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion.
3User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information during registration, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and use the platform responsibly (no unauthorized sharing, no misrepresentation, no cheating in tests).
4Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos, tests, materials) is owned by or licensed to Doatkali and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may only use content for your personal, non-commercial use.
5Payment & Subscription
If we offer paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes as described at the time of purchase. Refunds, billing disputes or cancellation policies are subject to our separate Payment/Subscription policy.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doatkali and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to use it.
7Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately but your obligations may continue.
8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Doatkali shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
9Amendments
Doatkali reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
